Hytech Street/Drag GT-R gets new mods!

A roll cage has been fitted to the car which is required now that the car is running 10's on the drag strip. The spark issue we had on the dyno has been solved with the installation of an HKS Twin Power Ignition System. Launch control and a 2wd/4wd switch has been added to the mix to assist with lowering the cars 60ft time's to also improve GT-R's E.T on the quarter mile. Some Hoosier street/drag tyres have also arrived from the USA and have been fitted.

We got a call from a very happy customer today to say that the B18C Turbo motor we built for his show car 4SHOW is making 408kw at the wheels on pump gas! We were lucky enough for him to drop by so we could take some pictures for the website. More details on this car coming soon.

Hytech Street/Drag GT-R makes good on dyno!

With only a tank full of the new Biofuel pump gas from the gas station, the GTR was taken to Soichi Tate at ST-Hitec for a re-tune after a few changes were made to the RB26. After a days tuning the car made 551.7kw at all 4 wheels without Nos! The GTR ran out of spark, so tuning could not be completed until this issue is sorted. Stay tuned for more info in the coming weeks once the spark issue is sorted.
