Mitsubishi Evo 4G63 build.

Time to document another big horsepower Evo engine build.

Decking the block.
 Boring the block.
Honing the block (sorry can't rotate picture)
Balancing forged pistons (sorry can't rotate picture)
Balancing forged conrods (sorry can't rotate picture)
Balance shaft eliminator has been machined up inhouse.
 The block has been bored, honed, decked, filled with concrete, new frost plugs fitted and painted.
Forged pistons have been fitted to the forged rods.
Balancing the aftermarket crankshaft and assembly.
 Short block is complete with forged pistons, forged rods, aftermarket crankshaft & ARP head studs.

 Ported inlet now flows 19% more than standard.
 Ported exhaust now flows 19% more than standard.
Completed cylinder head with stainless oversize valves, bronze valve guides, beehive springs with titanium retainers, port and polished with 280 degree camshafts.
Cylinder head is on the block with a triple layer metal headgasket sandwhiched in between. About to dial in the 280 degree camshafts and Tomei cam pulleys
The long block is now complete and ready to make some horsepower.
